Throughout her career, Dr. Glover has worked in multiple settings (e.g., public schools, independent schools, hospitals) in a variety of roles (e.g., as psychologist, teacher, and special education consultant). This experience gives her a unique and multi-faceted perspective on how best to meet the needs of the children and adolescents in her care.
Dr. Glover is currently working in private practice in Wellesley, MA, conducting assessments for students with symptoms of learning disabilities, developmental disorders (e.g., autism spectrum disorders), psychological challenges, and neuropsychological weaknesses (e.g., ADHD). She has held an academic appointment as a faculty instructor in Psychiatry on the Boston University Medical Campus, providing didactic training and supervision for interns at the Center for Multicultural Training in Psychology (CMTP). Additionally, Dr. Glover has served as a consultant for the Educational Records Bureau (ERB), working to enhance and expand their product offerings in the Boston area.
Outside of work, Dr. Glover is a former president and current member of the Boston Chapter of the Links, Inc., a national women’s volunteer service organization. She has also served on the board of directors for Wellesley ABC (A Better Chance), a non-profit organization that provides academically talented youth from under-served areas with access to rigorous and prestigious educational opportunities. In addition, Dr. Glover provides assessment and consultation services for students in various schools and districts on a pro-bono basis.
