Dr. Charda Davis works with young children, school-aged children, adolescents, and young adults, including those with learning differences, attention and executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and developmental concerns.
Dr. Davis brings deep experience in interpreting nuanced assessment profiles and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations. She focuses on identifying the specific strategies that will help students manage their areas of vulnerability while building on the skills and strengths they already possess. Dr. D uses evaluation results to refine diagnoses, inform individualized treatment and school planning, and collaborate with families and educators to put effective supports in place.
Prior to joining SAGE, Dr. Davis held clinical and consulting roles in a range of settings, including schools, early childhood education centers, community-based clinics, and private practices. Her background as a licensed mental health counselor allows her to bring a flexible, compassionate, and culturally sensitive approach to each evaluation. Dr. Davis is passionate about helping children and families feel understood and empowered through the assessment process. Her warmth, curiosity, and respect for each child's individuality are central to her work.
Dr. Davis earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Neuropsychology from William James College. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship in the Neuropsychology program at Massachusetts General Hospital. She also holds a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University.
